How to increase RAM of your smart phone? Is it possible?

There are lots of articles and YouTube videos which give you advice that how to increase RAM. But when you want do it practically it never works properly .
There are lots of fake videos and content present in search engine.
Today I want to discuss about is it possible really?
How to increase RAM is not a easy task.
First of all you have to know
1. What is RAM?
2. HOW it works in your device?
3. HOW to increase RAM?

After reading this article you can easily understand is it possible or not.

What is RAM?
RAM means Random Access Memory. It can hold your data and applications which are running in your device. At a same time you can use more than one application in your device.



How it works in your device?
As an example we can say--------

You are the account of a company.  You have to make a database of the employees of your company. One think you should remember that you don't have computer and you have to do it manually. This database should be made on a paper copy.
Database means collection of all records of employees in organize way.
You have 20 files . You have to make a single file from this 20 files. Suppose you are making database of annual commission of employees.  You have to take data from those 20 files. But your table where are you working it has a capacity to keep 5 files at a time. It means there is no more space. 1st you start your job with 5 files. After finishing the job of 5 files you can replace those files and take another 5 files.  In this way you can finish your job . But it takes more time. Why it takes more times?
Answer is very simple. You cannot access 20 files at a time. After finishing the task of 5 files you then access another 5 files. Because your table has small space and you can't access or use all files at a time. You have to go bookshelf and take 5 files and put another 5 files which you already used.
Your job is divided in some parts.

Now you think the table where are you working it is RAM and bookshelf from where you are taking and keeping your files it is your Secondary storage device ROM or hard-drive.  If you have more RAM in your device you can do your job as fastest as possible. If you have less RAM you have to go your Secondary storage or hard drive and collect data .
So this is the utility of more RAM. Suppose you are downloading some files from internet and playing a game on your device. It means both tasks downloading and game playing are performing at same time. It can possible for your RAM.  RAM will provide you multitasking operations. Multitasking means performing more than one tasks same time.
Now the question will  arise that how much RAM is perfect for our device if we want to perform more application at a time? 2GB or 4GB or 6GB?

Now a days our android application are developing. It provides lots of features. Besides the features the sizes of apps are being increased.  You need more RAM to perform this modern applications. If your device has 2GB RAM then it's ok. But you can't run more than two application at a time. If you want to do it then one of the applications will give you messages that
"Not responding. report error". It means your RAM is unable to run more applications at a time. Or your mobile will stop working for some time. In computer terminology it's called "HANG".
So I think it is clear for you how more RAM is necessary for your device.

How to increase RAM?
If you don't root your device you increase your RAM by uninstalling unnecessary application in your device. Go to your setting menu and click application manager or more application. Disable your application which are inbuilt in your device. You can't uninstall those application but you can disable those. It this process you can clear your RAM and increase the function of RAM 5%.
Now for rooted device:::::::::

There are lots of articles and videos you have already seen in which they will give you advice that you can do anything with your rooted mobile. But you can not increase your RAM 2GB to 4GB. In functionality of RAM rooted device perform little bit more than non rooted device.  When you root your device your inbuilt applications are totally uninstalled. .

Then you may use those spaces which were occupied by those inbuilt applications. It may increase your RAM power 20% . In some articles you read that after rooting process you insert a fresh memory card or you petition your memory card . Some part of your memory card will be converted in to RAM. This concept is totally wrong. RAM is fastest memory in your device. In other hand memory card is very much slow than RAM.  It can't work as a RAM. It can't work parallel with RAM. Price of RAM is to costly. 1GB RAM price is more than a 64GB sd card. If you do this process it will be harmful for your device.

Your device will display you that your RAM increased from 2GB to 8GB. But it can't perform practically.  A slower memory can't works properly with a faster memory. If you do this your device will become more slower.

You can increase your internal storage in your rooted device. But RAM has a limitation. If your want to root your device after reading this article I will not suggest you for that. Because if you can't follow proper steps your device may be damaged.
