First Step:

1. Press Windows + R Keys for Opening Run Option.

2.Then type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter.

3.Then select computer configuration  then click on Administrator Templates then select Nework and last one is click on QoS Pocket Shedular.

4.From here select limit resevible bandwidth and disable it.

Second Step:

Go to Command Prompt and run it as Administrator then type following command care fully.

"netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled"

And Press enter.
